• Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with your Order ID.

We offer secure and convenient payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: Pay to our verified business account. Use your Order ID as payment reference.
• Online Payment: Pay using debit/credit cards or mobile wallet.
• Pay on Delivery Available in Abuja only: Pay cash or transfer on delivery.

🚚 3. Track an Order

Track your order in real-time:

• Visit: Track My Order (Create a tracking form or contact page)
• Enter your Order ID and Phone Number.
• Get updates on payment confirmation, shipping, and delivery.

❌ 4. Cancel an Order

Change of plans? Cancel within 24 hours of order placement:

• Go to My Orders (or contact support).
• Provide your Order ID and cancellation reason.
• If payment was made, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days.

⚠️ Orders already shipped are not cancellable. Use the Return option instead.

🔁 5. Return & Refund

We want you to be completely satisfied:

• Return Period: Within 7 days of delivery.
• Eligible Items: Unused, in original condition and packaging.
• How to Return:
  1. Contact us with your Order ID and reason.
  2. We’ll guide you through pickup or drop-off.
  3. Refund or replacement processed after inspection.

💸 Refunds are made to your original payment method within 3–7 working days.
